For over 30 years we have been building industrial control panels to suit the needs of the water and waste water industry. From duplex control panels, to wireless remote telemetry units, to large scale main control panels, our team on technicians can provide quality, UL 508A & 698A certified control panels. Our panel technicians take great pride in making our panels to the highest standard possible.
Factory Tested
Control panel Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) involve thorough inspection and testing to ensure components function properly before installation. Each panel is tested in our shop prior to shipment, undergoing rigorous procedures to ensure quality and operation. Panels are temporarily networked and tested with the HMI configuration to verify system functionality, reducing field time for successful start-up.
OEM Panel Production
In addition to fabricating control panels for our own control and automation systems at Southern Flow, we are also an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Our panels can be paired and integrated with SCADA and HMI from other systems and implemented by engineers outside our firm. We maintain all of our integration and quality standards for the production of OEM panels.
